- Cockade fan with a blue paper leaf in two halves each with wooden guards and sticks. The fan is enclosed in a varnished dark wood holder with a turned handle. The fan is opened by pulling a blue ribbon at the top of the fan and is closed by pulling a cord at the bottom of the fan.
