Description
Roof finial or antefix; Incomplete tile fragment depicting the lower part of the front face of an antefix. The hand-moulded decoration on the front consists of a stylised human head with elongated neck andraised swirled lines surrounding (hooded?). A series of irregularly moulded sub-triangular bosses frame the head on both sides. The mount on the rear is missing.
