Description

Leaf-shaped blade, T-shaped handle, balance point approximately half way up the sword, 10 empty rivet holes present, small handle, gap in the centre of the tang. The tang is corroded, one rivet hole is blocked but otherwise the blade seems in good condition despite notches in the cutting edges. The blade has a raised central keel with indented cutting edges. The grip has a raised lip around its edge but this does not continue to the top of the pommel which appears to be missing above the T shape of the hilt.The tip of the blade is still sharp.
